Here we are! The very last step in becoming a member of WOFTW! 
If you are here then i hope you have read all the other forms in this thread and will be a loyal member of this site!
Anyways, I'm sure your ready to fill this form and get a bio going to get to role-playing with your pack!

- Form:
- Name: (this is your wolf name, it should be the same as your username ^^ this can be changed)
Age: (the age of your wolf, the adult wolves are 2 years and once they reach 5-10 they are elders, pups and yearlings are below 2 years)
Gender: (the sex of your wolf)
Personality: (the personality of your wolf, no length limit)
Sanity: (this is to determine if your wolf sanity level is low enough to join one one of the good packs if its too high you will be more tune to go with the bad side. Put the sanity level on a scale through 1-10 if its above 10 you are Insane and belong with the evil packs, if your wolf is at 1 or below you are sane and can join the good packs. If your wolf is in between then, its up to you weather you think he/she will side with)
Side: (depending on your sanity is what side you will choose)
Pack: (once you have chosen a side, you can choose a pack)

Personality: Described as a strange anti-social know-it-all Summer is a unique character. Packed with an eidect memory meaning that she never forgets, the young fae is very helpful when it comes to important information. This skill usually comes in handy when teaching, the blonde she wolf also has a very kind heart. She is always open to talking to those who feel unloved or just depressed and in need of a friend. Growing up around a loner for most of her life the small she wolf learned many things, some that she wishes not to speak of but show you. Summer has always had a passion for learning and teaching and did anything should could to cram more information in that tiny mind of hers.

Personality: Dexios is a strong wolf and fearless in battle tho he is a lone wolf at heart he has no problems fighting in a pack against evil. his sanity could tip either way but in the end Dexios tries to do the right thing
